Our Tax Services

Income Tax Return Preparation

We offer fast, affordable and convenient tax return preparation service. You submit your tax information to us on either our secure Web organizer or paper organizer. After you review and approve an electronic copy of your return, we will electronically file any return that is eligible. If you are a nonresident alien, we will deliver, by priority mail, your laser printed tax returns. You are not charged for our service until you have received your completed forms and are completely satisfied. Please look through our Client Testimonials.

Note:

The IRS has now completely discontinued electronic filing for nonresident alien returns. All nonresident returns are required to be mailed to the IRS. There is no word on when electronic filing will be offered.

Here's How It Works

To use our service you must have a credit card and access to an email account. If you do not have an email account you can get one at Hotmail.com. We have found that communication through email is more efficient and reliable than the telephone, and it allows us to document our communication to eliminate errors.

Please review our Fee Schedule and Service Pledge before you begin. You can choose one of two ways to submit your tax information.

Web organizer

If you are a returning client, the secure Web organizer for 2007, called TaxNotebook, is even more user-friendly than the old one, but you will need to contact us to get your new ID and password. If you are a new client, we can customize TaxNotebook to fit your needs, but we will need to ask a few of questions first. Once you have been assigned a user ID and password, you can log in and out of Tax Notebook at will, and take as many sessions as necessary to complete the task. Your information from all prior sessions is secure and will be saved. If you later decide not to use our service, your information will be deleted. Tax Notebook gives you complete instructions, and help from us is readily available. Please follow the link below to begin.

Paper organizer

Although our Web organizer saves us time, and therefore saves you money, our paper organizer is available if you do not wish to use the Web organizer. The paper organizer gives you complete instructions on submitting your tax information to us in written form. It is an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) document and can be used to submit your tax information for the current year or any prior year. If you do not have the Acrobat Reader on your computer, download a free copy:

No obligation fee quote

Once we have your complete information we will quote you an exact fee for our service and answer any specific questions that you have about your return. There is no obligation if the fee quote is not acceptable. We will proceed with the preparation of your return only after you have authorized us to do so be e-mail.

No charges without total satisfaction

Your return will either be electronically filed after we receive authorization from you, or you will receive your completed laser printed tax return and filing instructions via priority mail. We ask you to confirm receipt by e-mail and to satisfy any questions or concerns you might have prior to filing your return. No amount will be charged to your credit card until your e-filed return is accepted by the IRS, or you have reviewed your printed tax return and are completely satisfied with our service.

Next to being shot at and missed, nothing is quite as satisfying as an income tax refund.
